Your Role

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Based on the regional volumes).
• Strong written and communication skills (role is focused on written, not call-based, support).

• Liaise with employees, line managers, and HR colleagues for information and support.

• Support the People Hub team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
• Contribute to process improvements within the team.

About You

• Postgraduate 0–2 years of experience in HR operations, shared services role
• MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• High degree of accuracy Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Previous customer service or internship experience is a plus
