Position Summary:

This role will be responsible for creating custom reports and analytics using Workday report writer, maintaining report libraries, and ensuring accuracy and consistency of data. This role will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop reports that provide meaningful insights and analysis, sharing data and insights in line with our privacy and data governance practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate business processes into actionable insights.
• Create custom reports and analytics using Workday Report Writer, including: Advanced reports, Matrix reports, Composite reports, Calculated fields.
• Analyze report data and provide meaningful insights and analysis to stakeholders.
• Prioritize incoming reporting requests and manage work to ensure timelines and stakeholder expectations are met.
• Share data and insights in alignment with established privacy, security, and data governance practices.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to end users on how to run, interpret, and responsibly use reports.
• Document reporting logic, definitions, and processes to support knowledge transfer.
• Maintain reporting documentation, inventories, and data dictionaries in accordance with established governance standards.
• Stay current with Workday reporting enhancements and functionality and apply best practices where applicable.
• Maintain the existing Workday report and calculated field inventory.
• Review reports and calculated fields periodically to identify opportunities for improvement, consolidation, or retirement.
• Support ongoing data quality, reporting consistency, and documentation efforts.
• Ensure report definitions and ownership remain current and accurate.
• Maintain reporting documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting standards and governance processes.
• Support and maintain reporting needs in iCIMS, including ad hoc and recurring reports.
• Review and assess existing Leena AI workflows, recommending improvements or refinements where appropriate.
• Support reporting and analytics needs across other HR technology platforms as required.

Skill and Experience:

• 3 years of Experience Required to Perform Essential Job Functions
• Additional Experience Qualifier (optional): 3+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience, including advanced, matrix, and composite reporting and calculated fields.
• Strong working knowledge of Workday HCM and Workday Reporting; Workday certifications are a
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
