Job summary

Bhagat Hr Services is seeking an HR and Administration lead to oversee staff, shop-floor and contract labour. You will drive manpower planning, end-to-end recruitment including campus hiring, and implement KPI-based performance appraisals with structured compensation planning.

You will also manage employee engagement, retention strategies, attrition analysis and complex industrial relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions.
