Soulnkey Consulting seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, employee relations, and labour law compliance. The candidate will regularly visit the factory location to manage factory HR activities.

The role includes handling payroll, records, and statutory compliance, with strong emphasis on communication and problem-solving abilities to support management in HR policies and workforce planning.

Qualificações

• Relevant HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Practical experience in payroll, attendance, leave, and employee management.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage factory-level HR operations and work independently.
• Willingness to travel to the factory location as required.
