RWS seeks an experienced HR Advisor to join our People Services team, partnering with leaders to deliver compliant, commercially focused HR solutions across a global multi-country environment. You will advise managers and staff on employee relations, employment law, HR policies, and people practices while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in a generalist HR Advisory or Employee Relations role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and labour legislation.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations cases independently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance business needs and employee outcomes.
  • Experience supporting organizational change and process improvement initiatives.
  • 10+ years of experience in Core HR Operations.
  • Prior experience in compliance-driven or audit-heavy environments is mandato ry
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and employees to provide expert HR advice on employee relations, HR policies, and employment legislation.
  • Independently manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary matters, grievances, performance management, capability, misconduct, absenteeism, restructures, redundancies, and terminations.
  • Ensure HR decisions are legally compliant, commercially balanced, and aligned with company policies.
  • Support Country Leads and act as deputy during periods of absence to ensure continuity of HR support.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Global Service Delivery, Centres of Excellence, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to deliver seamless HR services.
  • Support the implementation of global HR initiatives and organizational change programmes while ensuring compliance with local legislation.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify and standardize HR processes.
  • Apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate employee relations and compliance risks.
  • Champion a positive employee experience and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.

As an HR Advisor, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing expert guidance on employee relations, employment legislation, HR policies, and people practices across assigned countries. You will manage complex employee relations matters, support organizational change, and contribute to delivering an exceptional employee experience while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
