Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment and HR activities in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end US IT recruitment, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, onboarding support, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

US IT Recruitment

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and client requirements.
• Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess candidates’ communication skills, technical background, and overall suitability.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, documentation, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Meet defined recruitment targets and turnaround times.

HR Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
• Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, background verification, and exit formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, attendance, leave, and other HR-related queries.
• Assist with maintaining employee timesheets, attendance records, and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
• Assist in resolving employee queries and escalating issues when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, resume databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Good understanding of US IT roles, technologies, and recruitment terminology.
• Knowledge of US work authorization categories and recruitment compliance.
