  • Detail-oriented with good records management.
  • Proactive, dependable, and willing to learn.

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern – HR & Administration to join at NOIDA Location and gain practical exposure to HR operations, employee administration, and international travel coordination.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in HR Operations and enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.

The HR Intern will support the HR team in managing day-to-day employee activities, HR documentation, administration, and particularly travel arrangements for employees and field/project personnel.

The role will provide exposure to both corporate HR and project-based workforce management within the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
  • Assist with HR letters, certificates, and other employee documentation.
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Employee Travel Management
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for employees.
  • Arrange flights, hotels, airport transfers, local transportation, and accommodation.
  • Coordinate with travel agencies, hotels, and other travel service providers.
  • Maintain employee travel calendars and movement trackers.
  • Support visa, passport, and travel-document coordination.
  • Manage travel changes, cancellations, rescheduling, and urgent travel requirements.
  • Ensure travel arrangements comply with company policies and approved budgets.
  • Maintain accurate travel-related records and documentation.
Field & Project Workforce Support
  • Support travel and mobilization requirements of employees deployed at project/client locations.
  • Coordinate employee movement between office, project sites, and international locations.
  • Maintain deployment and movement records.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Project teams for workforce mobilization.
  • Ensure required travel and employee documentation is available before deployment.
Administration
  • Support day-to-day office administration activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Assist with office events, meetings, employee engagement activities, and facilities-related requirements.
  • Maintain administrative records and trackers.
  • Support coordination between HR, Admin, Finance, Operations, and other departments.
Essential Qualification/ Skills:
  • Recently completed MBA/PGDM – HR, BBA, B.Com, or a related qualification.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
  • Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively.
  • Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
  • Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments.
  • Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary.
