Job summary

GIPS Consultancy in India seeks an HR professional to handle attendance and overtime reconciliations, ESIC/EPF filling, and recruitment through job portals and interviews. The role includes portal management, travel bookings for marketing tours, and client visits.

Also responsible for HR functions like training and development, appraisals, loans and advances, contracts and paperwork, with emphasis on legal compliance and licenses.

Qualifications

• HR experience with legal licenses and compliance
• Experience in attendance and payroll-related tasks
• Experience with recruitment processes and vendor/job portal management
