GIPS Consultancy seeks an HR Generalist with hospital or diagnostic background to join our Pune-based team. The role covers attendance and overtime reconciliations, ESIC and EPF filings, recruitment support via job portals and interviews, and travel arrangements for marketing activities.

The candidate will handle legal and license requirements, HR documentation, training and development, appraisals, and payroll related tasks such as loans and advances.
