Job summary

GIPS Consultancy is seeking an HR Generalist with hospital/diagnostic experience to manage HR operations in Pune. The role involves attendance and payroll processes, ESIC/EPF filings, and end-to-end staffing support for hospital diagnostics projects.

The ideal candidate will handle training, appraisals, contracts, and paper work, with a focus on compliant HR administration and smooth onboarding. Candidates with hospital/diagnostic exposure are preferred.

• Employee - Training & Dev, Appraisals, Loans & Advances, Contracts & Paper work.

Responsibilities

• Attendance & overtime reconciliations, ESIC & EPF filing.
• Hirings, job portals and interviews; portal management (Naps, MMSKY etc).
• Client visits with Mahakal Darshan; travel bookings for marketing tours.
• HR functions including training, appraisals, contracts and paperwork.
