Job summary

GIPS Consultancy is seeking an HR Generalist with hospital or diagnostic background to join our Pune team. The role covers attendance & overtime reconciliations, ESIC & EPF filings, HR admin, and recruitment support across portals and interviews.

The ideal candidate will handle client visits, travel arrangements for marketing tours, and employee processes including training, appraisals, loans and advances, contracts and paperwork.
