Ideal candidate has 2-3 years in HR operations, MBA in HR, hands-on HRMS experience with Keka, and is available for immediate joining.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations and generalist roles.
• Hands-on recruitment coordination and onboarding/offboarding.
• Proficient with HRMS systems, preferably Keka.

Responsibilities

• Manage the basic HR operations like employee records, attendance, and compliance.
• Perform administrative duties including documentation, and office coordination.
• Support employee relations and basic policy implementation.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS (Keka experience is mandatory)
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage attendance tracking and compliance-related activities
• Coordinate recruitment activities and schedule interviews
• Maintain employee documentation and verification records
• Coordinate with vendors for HR-related activities
• Support employee engagement initiatives
