Jefferies India Mumbai is seeking an HR Functional Specialist – Oracle for a 6 months fixed contract to support data integrity, HR systems, and automation initiatives across HR services for a global firm.
You will perform bulk uploads, governance of data, policy content management, and ad-hoc reporting while collaborating with HR, IT, and analytics teams. A strong background in Oracle HCM, HDL, SQL, OTBI/BI Publisher is required.
