Job summary

EnglishYaari is seeking an HR Executive Tutor Hiring to lead the end-to-end recruitment of English tutors. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, ensuring a smooth experience and alignment with teaching standards and company values.

You will collaborate with Training, Quality, and Operations teams to build a strong tutor pipeline, maintain accurate hiring data, and drive recruiting metrics in a fast-paced environment. Remote-friendly work with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics.
• 13 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Hiring or Training (EdTech startup preferred).
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Prior experience hiring teachers, tutors, trainers, or customer-facing professionals.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified tutor candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
• Handle tutor onboarding, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.
• Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
• Partner with Training, Quality, and Operations teams to understand hiring needs.
