Job summary

Sopariwala India LLP, a Group Company of Fazlani Group, is hiring an HR professional to handle payroll and compliance for a large workforce.

You will manage end-to-end payroll, ensure statutory compliance, and coordinate with Finance, HRIS tools, and external auditors while supporting onboarding and HR operations.

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
• Experience handling 500+ / 1000+ employee payroll.
• Experience in corporate / manufacturing / service industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws & statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for a large workforce with accuracy and timely closure.
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll accounting, audits, and reconciliations.
• Oversee HR operations including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
• Assist in PMS cycles, increment processing, and payroll validations.
• Support basic recruitment activities and onboarding.

We are hiring an HR professional for our Group Company – Sopariwala India LLP

• MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
• Experience handling 500+ / 1000+ employee payroll.
• Experience in corporate / manufacturing / service industry.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in payroll processing for large employee volumes.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws & statutory compliance.
• Experience working with HRMS / Payroll software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Position Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll for a large workforce (including staff & labour payroll) with complete accuracy and timely closure.
• Manage payroll using both HRMS/software and manual processes.
• Handle salary structures, deductions, incentives, reimbursements, bonus calculations, and F&F settlements.
• Assist in PMS cycles, increment processing, and related payroll validations.
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll accounting, audits, and reconciliations; resolve payroll-related queries.
• Oversee HR operations including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
• Support basic recruitment activities such as sourcing coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding support.
• Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance, leave data, and HR MIS reporting.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage statutory filings, audits, inspections, and liaise with authorities and consultants
• Coordinate with vendors / consultants and act as SPOC for payroll and compliance stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and support internal/external audits.
