Job summary

Boston Institute of Analytics (BIA) in Mumbai is seeking an Associate - Placements to join the Career & Employability team. The role focuses on sourcing job opportunities for BIA students, building relationships with HRs and recruiters, and coordinating the hiring process.

You will actively source openings, maintain a database of companies and recruiters, connect with HR managers to understand hiring needs, and coordinate the placement process between students, BIA teams, and employers.
