You will partner with department heads to close skill gaps, evaluate training impact, and maintain LMS content and learning calendars, ensuring effective onboarding and learning

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in HR learning & development or related roles.
• Design and facilitate field training, behaviour training, and orientation programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver field-training exercises and on-the-job learning modules.
• Lead HR training programs covering compliance, performance management, and leadership development.
• Conduct behaviour-based training workshops to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate employee orientation and induction programs for seamless onboarding.
• Partner with functional heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and KPI analysis.
• Maintain training documentation, LMS content, and learning calendars.
• Coordinate external training vendors and track training budgets.
