Job summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to manage and strengthen our HR function end-to-end. This role involves a mix of operational execution and strategic implementation, covering compliance, payroll, recruitment, and employee engagement across both white-collar and blue-collar teams.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Operations
  • Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure timely and accurate salary processing and documentation
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment across departments (technical, sales, operations)
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and documentation
• Statutory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Factories Act, and applicable Labour Laws
  • Maintain records and coordinate with consultants or authorities as required
• Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment
  • Ensure adherence to POSH policies and workplace ethics
• HR Systems & Policies
  • Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
  • Create and maintain employee handbook
  • Support performance management and appraisal systems

Eligibility Criteria

• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup
• Strong practical knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour laws)
• Experience handling both blue-collar and white-collar workforce
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
• Based in or willing to relocate to Vapi, Gujarat
• Should have a strong knowledge of HRMS tools and systems
