Job summary

Eurofins IT Infrastructure Services PVT LTD is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist cum HR Business Partner in Bangalore. The role covers end-to-end HR functions, partnering with leadership on engagement, performance, and workforce planning.

7–10 years of HR experience in IT/tech settings is preferred, with strong analytical and MS Office skills. Reporting to the Managing Director, this position focuses on enabling business outcomes through people strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• MBA/PG in HR preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant HR experience, with strong HR Generalist/HRBP exposure.
• Experience in an IT/technology, professional services or similar environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting and MS Office/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR partner and trusted advisor to the leadership team.
• Translate business priorities into relevant people actions.
• Partner with managers on employee engagement, performance, development, retention and employee relations.
• Identify people-related risks and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Provide insights on workforce trends, employee concerns and organisational effectiveness.
• Support the leadership team in making informed people-related decisions.
• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes and initiatives.
• Address employee queries promptly and drive resolution.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance, Administration, IT and other support functions to resolve business requirements.
• Escalate and resolve cross-functional issues and support day-to-day operations.
• Prepare HR insights, reports and presentations for leadership discussions.
