Job summary

Eurofins is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Bengaluru to lead and manage organization-wide IT projects as part of their Global IT Transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, 3-5 years of project management experience, and strong English communication skills. Responsibilities include preparing project documentation, coordinating meetings, and tracking progress.

This role offers a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

Job Description

Job Title: IT Project Manager

Work Location: Bengaluru

Shifts: 12.00 PM to 9.00 PM IST

Work mode: Hybrid - 3 Days office

Summary of Role and Objectives

IT Project Manager will be part of continuous IT PMO efforts supporting Eurofins Global IT Transformation initiatives. The position encompasses creation, lead and management of organization‑wide projects, standards, processes, tools, sharing the know‑how, supporting Program Managers in the dialogue with Senior IT Management.

Assignments

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports;
• Organise and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all participants are informed and agendas are distributed;
• Assist in tracking project progress against schedules, budgets, and milestones;
• Create and maintain project tracking reports (status updates, timelines, and action items);
• Update and manage project dashboards to ensure stakeholders are informed about progress and risks;
• Assist in scheduling project activities, tasks, and resources to ensure deadlines are met;
• Coordinate the availability and allocation of project resources, such as equipment and personnel;
• Track resource utilisation and ensure that teams have the necessary tools and support;

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Master’s degree in IT, Engineering or other business fields.
• 3‑5 years professional experience in project management, preferably within an international or matrix structure.
• Fluent spoken and written English is required;
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
