Job summary

Intertek in Haryana is seeking candidates for a Testing role specializing in chromatographic techniques with 2–4 years of experience in HPLC in Food Testing. You will perform sample analyses, validate methods, and maintain instrument logbooks under supervision.

Key responsibilities include method validation, calibration, uncertainty calculations and maintaining working references. Candidates with Biochemistry/Biotechnology backgrounds and relevant certifications will be favored.

Qualifications

• Qualification: B.Sc./ B.Tech./ M.Sc./ M.Tech./ Equivalent degree
• Biochemistry/ Biotechnology
• Technical Certifications: Authorized Signatory would be an added advantage
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience required in HPLC instrument in Food Testing

Responsibilities

• Sample analysis & Method Validations under the guidance of Section In-Charge
• Understanding the complete requirement of the method before initiating the analysis
• Maintenance of all logbooks of equipment being used in section
• Working reference standard preparation
• Maintenance of records for working reference standards with their logbooks under the supervision of Section In-Charge
• Glassware calibration
• Intermediate checks of equipment under the supervision of Section In-Charge
• Specific responsibility of the assigned instrument (HPLC, GCMS-MS, LCMS-MS)
• Calculating uncertainty of measurement for different parameters
• Responsible for calibration, maintenance and uncertainty calculation of the specified instruments under the supervision of Section In-Charge
• Any other assigned work
