HPCL invites fresh engineers for the Graduate Apprentice Trainees 2026 program across India. The one-year Apprenticeship Training under the Apprentices Act aims to provide hands-on exposure in multiple streams.
Eligibility includes Engineering graduation after 01-04-2023 with 60% (UR/OBC-NC) or 50% (SC/ST/PwBD). Monthly stipend is Rs. 25,000, with part funded by GOI. NATS 2.0 registration via BOAT is mandatory.

Benefit Note: Apprentices who successfully complete the 1-year training will be accorded age relaxation and an additional 5% weightage of marks in the CBT of future direct recruitments in HPCL.
