Job summary

DB Rrts Operations in Ghaziabad invites applications for a Station Facilities Supervisor responsible for ensuring hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance of all equipment and fittings under your supervision.

You will address passenger feedback, drive process improvements, train and supervise staff, manage inventories, conduct audits, coordinate with engineering, and prepare month-end reports and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure constant adherence to organisational standards in hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance of equipment, fittings and fixtures of the area under his/her control.
• Ensure passengers feedback and requests are promptly and efficiently responded to, to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Propose and ensure improvement in work by recommending changes in method, staffing and operations.
• Ensure training and development of employees under his/her purview.
• Ensure proper inventory management of resources (manpower, supplies) under his/her purview.
• Ensure adherence to the grooming standards by all employees under his/her purview.
• Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of interiors and exteriors of the stations.
• Responsible for timely audits of manpower, materials and equipments.
• Coordinate with engineering team for maintenance wherever required.
• Responsible for making month end reports, record maintenances and timely invoice submission.
