Job Summary

A Housekeeping Field Manager is responsible for managing and supervising housekeeping operations across assigned areas, floors, or properties. They oversee housekeeping supervisors and staff, conduct regular quality inspections, manage inventory and supplies, and ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards. also he will be capable to deploy emergency housekeeping manpower in place of absinthism at site. Their primary objective is to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards, improve operational efficiency, and deliver a high level of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Quality Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of assigned rooms, floors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and create shift schedules for room attendants, cleaners, and housekeeping staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Inventory Control: Monitor housekeeping inventory levels, maintain required par stock of cleaning supplies and linens, and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Budget Oversight: Manage departmental expenses, control operational costs, reduce wastage, and ensure efficient use of labor and resources within the allocated budget.
• Maintenance Coordination: Identify and report maintenance issues, such as damaged equipment, faulty fixtures, or repair requirements, and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution.
