Job summary

The Hoxton Bangalore is seeking a Housekeeping Executive to join its new Bengaluru City location. You will lead the housekeeping team to deliver spotless, well-presented guest rooms and public areas, aligned with brand standards, while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

You will train and support staff, supervise room readiness, and coordinate with the external housekeeping provider to uphold service quality and operational efficiency.

The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant & bar. Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Responsible for the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, ensuring that these are always cleaned to brand standards, and are well presented and maintained.
• Support the running of our hotel by ensuring our guests have a memorable experience in a spotless and well put together room.
• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team by example, creating an environment that lets them be themselves and bring their best selves to work, encouraging their development and progression.
• Take a hands‑on approach to training and supporting your team in keeping to our high standards.
• Oversee and check the cleaning and servicing of all our bedrooms and public areas.
• Work with our Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Manager Housekeeping on maintaining and developing the partnership with our external housekeeping provider.
