The Hoxton Bengaluru City invites a Guest Relations Assistant Manager to lead our Front Office team, ensuring a warm, seamless welcome and memorable stay for every guest. You’ll coach receptionists, uphold brand standards, and optimize bookings and guest flows in a vibrant city-center setting.

Based in Bengaluru, this on-site role offers growth within a fast-growing international hospitality group and the opportunity to shape guest experiences across our lobby, dining and rooftop spaces.

Responsibilities

• Support the running of our day-to-day Front Office, leading and inspiring our receptionists to create a memorable guest experience from arrival to checkout.
• Lead by example, keep the team motivated, empower staff, and ensure experts are available to guests with questions.
• Contribute to business success by ensuring correct rates, managing overbooking, and maintaining a full and happy house.
• Ensure operations run smoothly, address issues promptly, and work with the team to implement solutions.

We are looking for a Guest Relations Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team for The Hoxton Bengaluru City.

The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market.

Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India’s “Silicon Valley”, a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London!

The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant & bar. Topping off the hotel we will have a rooftop pool and bar, large scale function rooms and The Apartment - The Hoxton’s unique meeting & events concept

What you’ll do…

• Support the running of our day-to-day Front Office, leading and inspiring our receptionists to create a memorable, effortless Hox experience for our guests – from when they arrive, over the course of their stay and until they get their bill and head off again.


• Lead your team by example, keeping them involved and motivated; help them feel empowered and supported, confident in providing top experiences for our guests and comfortable turning to you with questions.


• Contribute to our success as a business, by making sure the right rates are being used, managing overbooking levels and working with the team to make sure we have a full and happy house.


• Making sure everything is running smoothly and looking sharp, working with the team to find solutions to any hick ups.
