Accor is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations of the housekeeping team at a hotel in Kakori, Uttar Pradesh. You will ensure cleaning standards are met, supervise staff, and respond to guest requests with urgency and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping team, conducting daily briefings and assessing performance
• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, balconies, corridors, linen rooms, and pantries according to set standards
• Oversee public areas and maintain equipment cleanliness
• Attend to guest requests promptly, including replenishing supplies and addressing room issues
• Maintain accurate records, including section floor reports and room status
• Conduct regular room inspections and report unusual activities to Housekeeping Manager
• Be well-versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
• Attend all briefings, meetings, and training as assigned by management
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene
• Establish effective working relationships with colleagues
