Job summary

Accor is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Hyderabad to lead floor operations and ensure guest room, corridor, and public area cleanliness while maintaining standards. You will manage daily briefings, supervise the housekeeping team, and support the Executive Housekeeper in attendance and performance reviews.

With 1–2 years of experience, you will contribute to accurate floor reporting and prompt guest service, aligning with Accor's hospitality standards in India.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of housekeeping experience.
• Ability to supervise staff and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily floor-level briefings and supervise the team.
• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, balconies, corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to standards.
• Supervise public areas.
• Replenish guest supplies and promptly attend to guests' requests.
• Attend to reports on damage or malfunction in hotel rooms.
• Maintain equipment in proper state of cleanliness.
• Maintain a section floor report.
• Report unusual behavior/activities on floors to Executive Housekeeper.
• Record room status in allocated section accurately.
• Assist Executive Housekeeper in assessing team members' attendance and performance.

Job Description

• Conduct daily briefings with staff at floor level. Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her team
• Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to standards and procedures set
• Supervise public areas
• Replenish guest supplies and ensure that guests requests are promptly attended to
• Attend to reports on damage or malfunction in hotel rooms
• Maintain equipment in proper state of cleanliness
• Maintain a section floor report
• Report unusual behavior/activities on floors to Executive Housekeeper
