Responsibilities

• Clean carpets, upholstery, floors, guest rooms, corridors, restrooms, and public areas.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Collect, transport, and dispose of soiled linen and waste from guest floors and service areas.
• Receive, arrange, and replenish clean linen, guest amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, linen rooms, and storage areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Assist Room Attendants with bed stripping, mattress handling, furniture movement, and special cleaning tasks.
• Arrange extra beds, rollaway beds, and other guestroom equipment as required.
• Inspect assigned floors and maintain cleanliness in all designated areas.
• Report lost and found articles, damages, maintenance issues, and supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and coordinate with Housekeeping and Laundry teams.
• Follow hotel SOPs, hygiene, safety, and security standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.
