Role Description The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in line with Hilton brand standards. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and servicing guest rooms, replenishing amenities, changing linens, managing laundry items, and ensuring all areas meet hygiene and safety requirements. The role also involves responding to guest requests, coordinating with other departments, reporting maintenance issues, and supporting the housekeeping team during busy operations or events. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru in a hybrid work arrangement, where on-site presence is required for core operational tasks, with limited work-from-home responsibilities for administrative or training-related duties as applicable.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping and laundry skills, including handling linens, guest room cleaning, and basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with guests and team members and respond promptly to requests.
• Organization skills to manage time, prioritize tasks, maintain housekeeping checklists, and uphold room readiness standards.
• Ability to support and participate in training, follow standard operating procedures, and adopt new housekeeping practices and technologies.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.
