Job summary

Hilton Bengaluru is seeking a Housekeeping Executive to uphold cleanliness and guest satisfaction across designated areas of the hotel. You will supervise routine cleaning, coordinate with teams, and ensure standards align with Hilton’s hospitality ethos.

Responsibilities include maintaining public areas, delighting guests, managing supplies, executing periodic deep cleans, and reporting maintenance needs to keep the property at its best.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar hospitality role.
• Knowledge of housekeeping daily operations on guest floors.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Maintains cleanliness and presentation standards consistently.
• Capabilities to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Basic verbal communication with team and supervisors.
• Willing to work shifts including weekends/holidays.

• Keep public areas spotless: Maintain cleanliness of designated areas—including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces—by performing daily cleaning tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, washing windows, and emptying trash
• Delight our guests: Greet guests warmly, deliver requested items, and assist with room cleaning as needed
• Manage supplies: Stock and organize supply rooms to support efficient housekeeping operations
• Handle special projects: Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks such as flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors
• Support property maintenance: Identify and report any repair needs or maintenance deficiencies to ensure a well-kept property.

Minimum Qualifications
