Job summary

Hyatt is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager/Team Leader - Housekeeping to assist in the smooth running of the housekeeping department at our property. You will support the Housekeeping Manager in day-to-day operations, uphold Hyatt International's standards, and ensure guest and employee satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in a housekeeping leadership position and strong communication and customer relations skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a housekeeping leadership role (Assistant Manager or Team Leader).
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the efficient running of the housekeeping department in line with Hyatt’s corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing day-to-day operations, including training and supervising attendants and team leaders.
