Qualifications

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies with calmness and responsibility.
• Proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hostel operations including accommodation, maintenance, housekeeping, and catering.
• Allot hostel rooms and maintain occupancy records; monitor infrastructure and safety.
• Maintain discipline, address grievances, and ensure student welfare and safety.
• Supervise ward staff, coordinate with mess staff, and liaise with university administration.
• Organize activities, orientation, and community-building events; ensure compliance with fire safety rules.
