Qualifications

• Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality / F&B Operations (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in hospitality or F&B service, preferably in luxury environments.
• Experience in supervisory or team leadership roles.
• Experience managing high-profile guests or VIP service environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

The Hospitality Manager/ Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overall hospitality experience within the corporate environment, ensuring exceptional service standards for Founders, leadership, and visiting clients. The Hospitality Manager/ Supervisor will lead the butler, housekeeping team and pantry team, ensuring seamless coordination of food and beverage service, impeccable presentation, and discreet yet attentive delivery service. The role requires a strong understanding of fine dining etiquette, service, and guest engagement.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in luxury hospitality or high-end service environments and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, team supervision, and service etiquette.

Major Responsibilities

Hospitality & Guest Experience

• Ensure a seamless, high-touch hospitality experience for Founders, leadership, and visiting clients.
• Supervise and guide butler’s, housekeeping team and pantry team staff to maintain high end service standards.
• Anticipate client’s requirements and ensure personalized service delivery.
• Oversee meal and beverage service, ensuring refined presentation and adherence to fine dining etiquette.
• Ensure service standards align with high end hospitality practices.

Service Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate all food and beverage service within the facility, including meetings, events, and clients’ visits.
• Monitor table setting, plating, serving, and clearing procedures to ensure consistency with high end standards as per the brand.
• Maintain service flow during meals and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Ensure all service areas, meeting rooms, and dining areas are properly prepared before service.

Team Supervision

• Supervise the butler, pantry staff, and housekeeping teams.
• Allocate daily responsibilities and ensure staff adherence to SOPs.
• Train and mentor team members on hospitality etiquette, service presentation, and guest engagement.
• Ensure discipline, grooming standards, and professionalism across the hospitality team.

Quality & Hygiene Standards

• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of pantry, dining areas, meeting rooms, overall facility and hospitality service stations.
• Monitor housekeeping teams for washrooms, cabins, pantry, and common areas cleaning as per established SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations related to food handling and service.

Inventory & Service Readiness

• Monitor availability of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.
• Ensure tableware and service tools are well maintained and presentable.
• Coordinate with procurement/admin for replenishment of hospitality supplies.

Event & Meeting Support

• Oversee hospitality arrangements for leadership meetings, internal events, and client visits.
• Ensure proper table setups, refreshments, and service coordination during meetings and events.
