Position Overview

We are looking for a polished, well-groomed, and customer-focused Hospitality Executive to provide an exceptional luxury hospitality experience at our Worli Experience Centre. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in 5-star hotels, luxury hospitality, premium restaurants, catering, or high-end customer service environments.

will be responsible for ensuring every client receives a warm welcome and enjoys a premium showroom experience that reflects Kuche7's luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Guest Hospitality

• Welcome clients, architects, designers, and business associates with warmth and professionalism.
• Ensure every visitor receives a premium hospitality experience throughout their showroom visit.
• Escort guests to designated seating areas and coordinate with the showroom team.

Refreshments & Lounge Management

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, beverages, and refreshments to clients.
• Maintain the client lounge in immaculate condition at all times.
• Ensure crockery, cutlery, and serving standards meet luxury hospitality expectations.

Luxury Experience Management

• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and ambience in hospitality areas.
• Monitor pantry supplies and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are consistently followed.

Event & Client Coordination

• Assist during client meetings, product launches, dealer visits, and showroom events.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Design, and Administration teams for seamless client servicing.
• Support VIP visits and corporate events with professional hospitality services.

Administrative Support

• Maintain records of pantry inventory and consumption.
• Coordinate with vendors for hospitality-related requirements.
• Assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day showroom operations whenever required.

Required Qualifications
