Job summary

Crossing Hurdles seeks a physician reviewer to audit medical records for AI training and data quality. You will assess inpatient documentation, including HPI, PMH, assessments, and plans, ensuring information is accurate and well-supported by the records.

The role requires MD/DO board certification and strong inpatient experience, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow explicit guidelines.

Qualifications

• MD or DO board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and clinical notes for AI training.
• Check support for clinical information and claims against the medical record.

• Experience with chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding/QA is a plus.
