Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Hospitalist Physicians to support a project focused on inpatient care, medical records, and clinical documentation standards. You’ll apply your clinical expertise to review real-world medical information and help improve the quality and reliability of AI systems.

Responsibilities include reviewing FHIR data, medical records, and clinical notes, verifying that information is supported by the chart, and identifying missing or inconsistent data.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current inpatient/hospitalist experience within the last 2 years.
• Strong understanding of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows.
• Experience reviewing clinical notes and medical record data.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to guidelines.

Compensation

• Competitive compensation of $70–$100/hour.
• Approximately 30 positions available.
