Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking qualified medical professionals to review medical records for AI training in inpatient settings. You will assess FHIR data, clinical notes, and inpatient documentation for accuracy and consistency.

Ideal candidates have MD or DO, board certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine, and experience with chart review or medical coding QA. This role emphasizes attention to detail and clear communication with the project team.

• Strong experience in inpatient/hospitalist settings.
• Comfortable reviewing clinical notes and raw medical record data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear guidelines consistently.
