Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the hospital, ensuring high standards of patient care and service delivery.
• Oversee the Ayushman process, TPA process, and NABH accreditation processes to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with medical staff and department heads to develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor hospital performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
• Ensure that the hospital is adequately staffed and that staff members are trained and supported in their roles.
• Handle patient complaints and feedback to improve service quality.
• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability of the hospital.
