Job summary

Ugaoo NIBM store is seeking a passionate Horticulture Advisor to assist customers in selecting plants, pots and gardening products, and to share expert plant-care tips.

You will educate customers on species, maintenance, watering, fertilization, pest control, and help maintain healthy displays while supporting store operations and weekly shift rotations.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: B.Sc. in Agriculture or Horticulture.
• Strong knowledge of plants, gardening practices, and plant care.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Passion for gardening and helping customers succeed in their plant journey.

Responsibilities
