Job summary

Ugaoo Agritech is seeking a passionate Horticulture Advisor to join our Hyderabad retail team. You will guide customers on plant selection, provide expert care guidance, and contribute to a welcoming in-store experience with strong product knowledge.

Ideal candidates will have a B.Sc. in Agriculture or Horticulture, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for gardening. Willingness to work in shifts in a retail environment is required.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Agriculture or Horticulture is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of plants and gardening practices.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• Retail environment experience with rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in selecting plants, pots, and gardening products based on their needs and environment.
• Provide expert advice on plant care, maintenance, watering schedules, fertilization, and pest management.
• Educate customers about various plant species and gardening techniques to enhance their gardening experience.
• Ensure plant health and upkeep within the store by monitoring watering, pruning, and general maintenance requirements.
• Support visual merchandising by maintaining attractive and informative plant displays.
• Assist customers with queries and provide a seamless in-store experience.
• Stay updated on new products, plant varieties, and gardening trends.

Role: Horticulture Advisor

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Horticulture Advisor to join our retail team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of plants and gardening practices and enjoy interacting with customers to provide expert guidance and support.
