Role: Horticulture Advisor

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Horticulture Advisor to join our retail team in Nashik. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of plants and gardening practices and enjoy interacting with customers to provide expert guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities

• - Guide customers in selecting plants, pots, and gardening products based on their needs and environment.
• - Provide expert advice on plant care, maintenance, watering schedules, fertilization, and pest management.
• - Educate customers about various plant species and gardening techniques to enhance their gardening experience.
• - Ensure plant health and upkeep within the store by monitoring watering, pruning, and general maintenance requirements.
• - Support visual merchandising by maintaining attractive and informative plant displays.
• - Assist customers with queries and provide a seamless in-store experience.
• - Stay updated on new products, plant varieties, and gardening trends.

Eligibility

• - Mandatory: B.Sc. in Agriculture or Horticulture.
• - Strong knowledge of plants, gardening practices, and plant care.
• - Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
• - Passion for gardening and helping customers succeed in their plant journey.
• - Comfortable working in a retail environment with rotational shifts and weekly offs.
