Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, project estimates, budgeting, and costing for landscape projects.
• Oversee landscape site execution, plantation, installation, and day-to-day site supervision.
• Develop planting plans, landscape layouts, and horticultural schemes.
• Manage landscape maintenance activities, including pruning, irrigation, fertilization, and lawn care.
• Identify suitable plant species based on soil conditions, climate, and project requirements.
• Monitor plant health and manage pests, diseases, and plant protection activities.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and resources at project sites.
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, safety practices, and cost control.
