Job summary

Hitachi Solutions India Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced ERP technical consultant to drive D365FO deployments across large enterprises. You will manage complex integration, data conversion and extension development while aligning with LCS practices and Azure DevOps workflows.

With 7+ years in ERP, you will engage with clients to map processes, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure security compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP technical implementation (D365 FO, AX 2009, AX 2012 - X++) at enterprise level.
• Strong understanding of D365FO functional areas: Financials, PM&A, Manufacturing.
• Experience with end-to-end implementation, interfacing and integration requirements.
• Hands-on in data conversion, extension development and architecture reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to multiple large-scale ERP implementations.
• Own technical workstreams: integration, data conversion, extension development.
• Review and ensure alignment with LCS guidelines and Azure DevOps processes.
• Ensure design meets requirements and security practices throughout lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate designs and deliverables.

Job Description

Expertise in providing development solutions in a D365 FO environment

• Experience with D365 FO in a Development role
• Experience of at least 3 large scale ERP implementations
• Adept at Business Requirement Analysis with a focus on reducing development effort
• Business process mapping, modelling and documentation knowledge;
• Participation/Interest in evaluating latest preview releases from Microsoft including Dual Write, RSAT.
• Reviews technical architecture deliverables throughout development to ensure quality and requirements traceability
• Has overall technical responsibility for the technical aspects of the project environments until system handover
• Ensures that internal development guidelines are understood and applied by the development team
• Identifies and communicates any cross-area or cross-release issues that affect other project areas
• Ensures adherence to all quality management plans and standards by participating in quality management reviews
• Validates the design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements
• Ensures security practices are used and applied throughout the engagement’s lifecycle
• Contribute to the development of Hitachi intellectual property and Packaged Services initiatives.

Required Skill:

Your Experience Likely Includes

• 7+ years of ERP technical implementation (D365 FO, AX 2009, AX 2012 - X++) and integration experience working with Enterprise clients
• Good understanding of functional capabilities of D365: Financials, Project Management and Accounting, Manufacturing
• Knowledge of end to end D365FO implementation, including interfacing and integration
• Minimum of two full lifecycle ERP implementations leading a technical workstream such as integration, data conversion or extension development
• Good understanding of LCS (Life Cycle Services) and Azure DevOps.
