Job summary

Hitachi Solutions India Pvt Ltd invites an experienced D365 FO specialist to join our ERP delivery team in Maharashtra. You will drive development solutions in a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment, contributing to large-scale ERP implementations for enterprise clients.

We seek a candidate with 7+ years in ERP technical implementations, strong focus on data conversion, integration, and extensions, and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and LCS.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ERP technical implementations.
• Experience with D365FO in a development role.
• Experience in at least two full lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of financials, project management and manufacturing modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide development solutions in a D365 FO environment.
• Lead technical workstreams including integration and data conversion.
• Review architecture deliverables and ensure traceability.
• Ensure security practices across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Hitachi teams.

Job Description

Role and responsibility

Expertise in providing development solutions in a D365 FO environment

• Experience with D365 FO in a Development role
• Experience of at least 3 large scale ERP implementations
• Adept at Business Requirement Analysis with a focus on reducing development effort
• Business process mapping, modelling and documentation knowledge;
• Participation/Interest in evaluating latest preview releases from Microsoft including Dual Write, RSAT.
• Reviews technical architecture deliverables throughout development to ensure quality and requirements traceability
• Has overall technical responsibility for the technical aspects of the project environments until system handover
• Ensures that internal development guidelines are understood and applied by the development team
• Identifies and communicates any cross-area or cross-release issues that affect other project areas
• Ensures adherence to all quality management plans and standards by participating in quality management reviews
• Validates the design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements
• Ensures security practices are used and applied throughout the engagement’s lifecycle
• Contribute to the development of Hitachi intellectual property and Packaged Services initiatives.

Required Skill:

Your Experience Likely Includes

• 7+ years of ERP technical implementation (D365 FO, AX 2009, AX 2012 - X++) and integration experience working with Enterprise clients
• Good understanding of functional capabilities of D365: Financials, Project Management and Accounting, Manufacturing
• Knowledge of end to end D365FO implementation, including interfacing and integration
• Minimum of two full lifecycle ERP implementations leading a technical workstream such as integration, data conversion or extension development
• Good understanding of LCS (Life Cycle Services) and Azure DevOps.
