Job summary

WalkingTree Technologies invites experienced ERP engineers to join our Engineering team and lead delivery across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Business Central engagements.

You will own hands-on delivery, design integrations with Azure services, manage ALM/DevOps, mentor others, and contribute to pursuits with technical responses to RFPs. Based onsite in Hyderabad, Mumbai or Agra, this role drives ERP excellence.

Qualifications

• MBA or engineering degree with ERP domain focus.
• Experience delivering D365 F&O/BC projects at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own hands-on technical delivery across D365 F&O and BC: extensions, customizations, integrations, data migration and performance.
• Run the F&O/BC support queue to SLA — triage, root-cause, fix, prevent recurrence.
• Design and build integrations with Azure services and Dataverse/dual-write where relevant.
• Own environment management, ALM and DevOps pipelines for ERP engagements.
• Mentor developers and consultants; enforce code review and quality gates.

Key Responsibilities

• Own hands-on technical delivery across D365 F&O and Business Central: extensions, customizations, integrations, data migration and performance
• Run the F&O/BC support and enhancement queue to SLA — triage, root-cause, fix, and prevent recurrence
• Design and build integrations with Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs) and Dataverse/dual-write where relevant
• Own environment management, ALM and DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, automated builds and deployments) for ERP engagements
• Support ERP pursuits: solution outlines, effort estimation, demo environments and technical responses to RFPs
• Build the ERP practice's estimation model, delivery standards, checklists and reusable components
• Lead the technical build of a F&O and Business Central-based product: architecture, AL development standards, AppSource-readiness and release management
• Mentor developers and consultants working on ERP engagements; enforce code review and quality gates
