Job summary

Innodata India seeks US Voice & Accent Trainers for an AI Speech Evaluation project. This is a contractual 3-month remote position with immediate joining.

You will work on evaluating US pronunciation, tone, fluency, and naturalness while interacting with an AI voice bot. Ideal candidates have experience in US voice processes, voice training, or speech evaluation, and possess strong listening and analytical skills, with excellent written communication.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English with US accent.
• Experience in Voice & Accent Training or international Voice/BPO.
• Strong listening and pronunciation skills.
• Excellent written communication and analytical abilities.
• Experience in linguistics or AI speech projects is a plus.

We are looking for experienced US Voice & Accent Trainers to support an exciting AI Speech Evaluation Project!

If you have a background in international voice processes (US Process), voice and accent training, or speech quality evaluation, wed love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in natural, unscripted conversations with an AI voice bot.
• Evaluate US accent, pronunciation, tone, fluency, clarity, pacing and naturalness.
• Assess overall conversational quality and provide structured, objective feedback.
• Follow project guidelines and meet productivity and turnaround targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Native or near-native English proficiency with a strong command of the US accent.
• Prior experience in Voice & Accent Training, International Voice/BPO, Voice QA or Speech Evaluation.
• Strong listening skills and attention to subtle differences in pronunciation and speech patterns.
• Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in linguistics, transcription or AI speech projects is an added advantage.
