Innodata India is seeking an experienced Audio Speech Evaluator (Expert) for a remote, short-term project. You will conduct natural, unscripted conversations with an AI voice bot and assess tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, and overall conversational quality.

Must have native or near-native English, keen ear for nuances, and ability to provide precise written feedback using project rubrics. 20–30 minute sessions with reliable setup are expected.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English proficiency with strong conversational skills.
• Ability to give accurate, objective written feedback.
• Quiet workspace with a reliable headset and stable internet.
• Prior experience in international voice/BPO is strongly preferred.

About the Role

We are hiring experienced Audio Speech Evaluators to support an AI speech evaluation project. You will hold natural, unscripted conversations with an AI voice bot, then evaluate each interaction for tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency and overall conversational quality. Each task takes about 20-30 minutes.

Key Responsibilities

• Have natural conversations with an AI bot across a range of topics and scenarios
• Follow task instructions while keeping the conversation flowing naturally
• Evaluate the AIs speech and responses after each task
• Assess tone, accent, pronunciation, fluency, naturalness, clarity, pacing and overall conversational quality
• Give clear, specific and objective feedback using the project guidelines and rubrics
• Meet turnaround times and productivity targets

Requirements

• Native or near-native English proficiency, with strong conversational skills
• Strong ear for subtle differences in tone, accent, pronunciation and conversational style
• Comfortable with 20-30 minute conversational sessions
• Ability to give accurate, objective and constructive written feedback
• Reliable, quiet workspace with a good headset and stable internet
• Prior experience in international voice / BPO (voice and accent) is strongly preferred
• Candidates with experience from top US outbound call centres or Voice trainers from US call centres or voice actors for English movies/series/cartoons.
