Job summary

nHRMS, Thane-based, is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Software Engineer to join a product-focused team building production SaaS applications. You will develop and maintain Node.js/Express REST APIs and build responsive web apps using React.js/Next.js, with MongoDB or PostgreSQL for data management.

You will collaborate with design and product teams, deploy via AWS/Docker, and contribute to CI/CD processes while exploring AI/LLM integrations to enhance features.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.
• Experience in REST API development and integration.
• Strong React.js knowledge; Next.js is a plus.
• Experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Good knowledge of Git and PR workflows.
• Understanding of JWT, authentication, validation and API security.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
