Qualifications

• Strong MongoDB expertise covering data modeling, indexing strategies, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Redis for caching, distributed locking, session management, and performance optimization.

Role Overview: We are seeking for experienced Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend engineering focus to design, build, and operate large-scale distributed systems. The role focuses on developing cloud-native platforms using Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, and Microservices, while maintaining hands-on involvement in frontend development using ReactJS.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Engineering

• Develop and support cloud-native backend platforms using Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.
• Build scalable, distributed, and event-driven backend services.
• Optimize distributed workloads and support platform scalability.

Frontend Development

• Maintain hands-on involvement in frontend development using ReactJS.
• Contribute to scalable and maintainable full-stack solutions across backend and frontend components.

Reliability & Engineering Practices

• Support platform reliability, security, and performance across production systems.
• Follow engineering standards, coding practices, and quality guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews and adopt engineering best practices.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and other engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of scalable and maintainable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience building and operating high-scale backend systems in production.
